Chaise Sofas & Lounges

A chaise adds an extended lounging section to the seating layout. Check its projection, the viewing direction used for left/right options and the selected configuration before ordering.

Choose the layout before the upholstery

Seat count does not establish a standard external width. A straight sofa, a chaise and a curved modular layout can all use the same seating label while taking up different floor space. Compare the selected layout with doors, windows and everyday walking routes before moving on to colour.

For modular seating, check which sections are supplied and what positions they support. For chaise designs, use a labelled diagram to confirm the viewing direction and the side you are ordering. A detachable part is not automatically a reversible part.

Compare useful dimensions

Start with overall length, depth and height. Then compare usable seat depth and seat height where provided. For delivery, the largest packed component and the complete route matter more than the assembled seat count. If a necessary measurement is not shown, ask us to confirm it for the selected model.

Frequently asked questions

Are all sofas with the same seat count the same size?

No. Arms, corners, curves and chaise sections change the footprint. Compare the model’s labelled dimensions rather than using seat count as a room-size measurement.

Can every modular sofa change configuration?

No. The supported arrangements depend on the actual sections, arms and connectors supplied. Check the exact model and selected layout.

Are removable covers machine-washable?

Not necessarily. Use the care instructions for the exact fabric and component. Removable describes how a cover is attached, not its cleaning method.

How do I check delivery access?

Compare the packed components with every door, lift, stair and turn along the route. A single doorway-width comparison cannot guarantee fit.
